Go Topless for Humble HeroesIt is time again for our annual Go Topless/Humble Heroes event on May 16, 2015. Humble Heroes, a 501c (3) charity committed to standing behind the men and women in Public Safety. Humble Heroes’ purpose is to assist police officers and firefighters, and their families by providing financial and moral support to those who have been seriously injured or fallen ill, while building solid relationships between public servants and the communities they serve.

We are setting up a raffle of donated items from different companies to raise money for Humble Heroes to help them to continue to help others who give so much each and every day.

The event will be held at Twilight Bar & Grill located at 311 Raymond Hill Rd on May 16th, 2015.

Last year we raised over $3,000.00 for Humble Heroes. This was accomplished with the help of Newnan/Peachtree CDJR, HJ Wings & Things, WARN Industries, The Jeep Hut, Classic City Offroad, BCH Offroad, Atlanta Jeep Parts, Hooters, and ORI Struts, just to name a few.

About

Go Topless for Humble Heroes is an event held each year in Newnan GA to raise money for Humble Heroes. The event is for Jeep owners and folks alike.

Mission

To help those who help us each and every day.

Description

I have organized four previous Go Topless events in Newnan, Georgia with great success; the event has grown over the years from just 12 Jeeps on our town square to over 150 four wheel drive vehicles. In addition to expanding our four wheel drive population we have turned the event into a benefit for injured Public Safety members and their families. Over the past couple of years we have raised money for Humble Heroes. This has been accomplished with the help of Southside Liners and Accessories, WARN Industries, The Jeep Hut, Atlanta Jeep Parts, Hooters, and ORI Struts, just to name a few.

General Information

Humble Heroes, a 501c (3) charity started by Atlanta Police Officer Patrick Apioan and his wife Sandra, is committed to standing behind the men and women in Public Safety. Humble Heroes’ purpose is to assist police officers and firefighters, and their families by providing financial and moral support to those who have been seriously injured or fallen ill, while building solid relationships between public servants and the communities they serve. About Georgia Crawlers

Founded in January 2006, we are a 4x4 club and are always looking for new members. Most of our members are still paying for their rides and use them as daily drivers, so we go off road with the intent of driving home afterwards without use of a tow truck.

Mission Statement: Georgia Crawlers is a family oriented club for off-road enthusiasts. Georgia Crawlers is organized for the purpose of social, recreational and educational activities designed to foster the enjoyment of off-road vehicles while protecting and preserving our natural resources. Georgia Crawlers is committed to safe, responsible four wheeling and adherence to the principals of Tread Lightly!

Trail rides are usually never split up; novice riders get to ride with more advanced riders for a chance to learn from those with experience. You are not required to do what others try/do during rides. You know what you’re getting into before you hit the trail. We have folks with lots of experience and some who are just learning and always growing.
